About Us

The All Star Auto Group was established in 1994, when Fernando Varela opened All Star Ford in Palestine, TX.  Since then, the group acquired All Star Ford- Kilgore, TX (2005), All Star Autoplex- Palestine, TX (2018), All Star Honda- Abilene, TX (2022), Honda of Muskogee- Muskogee, OK (2023), and All Star CDJR- Muskogee, OK (2024). As of 2026, the group offers new Ford, GMC, Chevrolet, Honda, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram, as well as pre-owned vehicles of all makes and models.  

Our dealerships are owned and operated by Fernando and Nicholas Varela.
